Welcome to Fullard Rosier

We were established as an Independent Practice of Chartered Quantity Surveyors in 1986, by the two partners, Christopher Rosier and Susan Fullard, to provide comprehensive construction finance, contract and management services to the public and private sectors.

In addition to the traditional role of the Quantity Surveyor, which provides an excellent knowledge of the Construction Industry, additional services are offered by the Practice.
